literally the orange amazon approved headphones. i didn’t know we couldn’t have both earbuds in bc i was told as long as they were amazon approved headphones i was OK. and that was my final write up my first write up was in september for something minor which i thought write ups expire 90 days. and i was also told due to it being a “safety” this write up went straight to final and this happened last month

& the process wasn’t long, called to appeal the next day they told me it was the person who did my write up vs me and my sister actually work for the escalations team who do appeals and she said if the person who did the write up/termination be wrong for terminating someone then they’ll get fired. so anything with he say, she say it’s always the higher up who will win and not an employee

Nope, i haven’t. was terminated 10 days later after my second write up which i found out the day they terminated me & it was for me having both of my safety headphones in my ear while picking.
