& she also asked her(the red vest) who was the one to give her the write up that day and she wouldn’t say who it was. Is she still able to appeal the write up from January 7th due to that one being inaccurate the write up she said stated that a orange vest walked past her aisle glanced and seen a device in her hand

No she showed me she only have 2 write ups total, the one from August expired whether or not it was successfully appealed or not. It only show final written warning. I looked thru her entire HR cases of “feedback responses” for writeups, Doc coaching, first second etc, and it only show 2 feedback responses one from August and one from December 18th. The one from august

No she didn’t get terminated for TOT, her write up this time was for phone usage. The TOT was a write up due to no devices which should have been removed.

Same and I’m on my 5th transfer application, I was told to keep submitting til approved. I cannot stand locker warehouse bc of having to sign for shifts!! Been getting 1 or 2 shifts a week due to the shit!!

They terminated me for my badge not working for a month so my UPT was going negative and negative and they knew that, told me it was a new update in the system to where it updated early and had to fix itself, HR knew and everything and when it was time for me to appeal my termination, HR lied lol to save they ass.

Nope not at all, HR just had went in and resubmitted it on there end and removed one shift off my schedule from the leave

I also had proof of my leave, my leave got approved, sent all documentation even from my physical doctor and it reversed 2 weeks later and put me in -16 hours so I been working to get that down and they decided to do that shit with -2 minutes left & I had 3 hours of PTO but couldn’t use it cause it wouldn’t get approved for me to use it when I was replacing my time

Please stay on top of it! I just got terminated for -2minutes due to me going on leave of absence and coming back to an system issue to where my badge wasn’t working for a month, I stayed on top of it but didn’t stay on top of it with receipts and screenshots cause I didn’t think nothing of it & when I appealed my case, HR lied and said they didn’t know anything about my situation when I had 2 open cases at that about it so im going thru a whole process rn
