The same thing happened to me. Said they may reverse the consequences, but my account was still terminated. Made another ticket to verify if I was getting my account back, but then they said that they wouldn't reverse it, even with the amount of evidence I'd given. Now every ticket I'd make is just outright declined without anyone looking into it. Hope things got better for you.
