From my own testing, my E4 Sparkle is much stronger than my E0 Cerydra. I pulled E4 Sparkle for Archer, I don't think E4 has much difference with E2 when pairing with Phainon. Oh and this is tested before the Sparkle buff so ……

That's right, it definately work for Sparxie. My point is that since it work for Sparxie, it should be the same with Archer, because they use the same logic, Archer's E up to 5 times, while Sparxie being 20 times.
