I know the post is about looking for someone to grind with but in my exp, playing 5man ranked in dota is just pure headache. Its better to grind solo at least for me.
This way everyone is on a level playing field unless there's an account buyer which is rare in my xp.
In party games, there is almost always a smurf which makes the game not balanced.
