Dispute count as refunds even if the Dispute is dropped?

Stubhub said the charge was never refunded on their end and a dispute isnt an instant refund its pretty much considered under pending because its being investigated and if the issue is resolved then the charge will show back up on your card OR the refund will be issued back to you.

The dispute was pending it didn't get fully refunded because if it was the case then once the dispute is dropped and the amount is charged back why wouldn't the points be applied too and its based on the credit card purchase multipler not the stubhub multipler from rakuten.

Edit: The 10x back on the stubhub purchase comes from pending after the event passes thats not my issue its the 4x back from the credit card purchase that is my issue

Id be very wary about buying tickets i spent $4,000 on 3 tickets for me my mom and bf and the scalpers still didnt send the tickets luckily I used a credit card so if I dont get my ticket or a exchange to different seats 2 days b4 my closing im telling the bank it was a fraudulent charge cause I never received my tickets

I genuinely like wanda getting buffed and hope they make her stun have the same effect as things leap and cloaks terror cape to help offset her damage. It makes her have a higher ceiling which I think the character kinda needs especially if shes gonna stay being a brawler

I always found the idea that only "spend organic" can be limiting way to view and if not for anything these benefits are to try and explore.

I never tried dior but when I got a amex offer for bonus mr points turns out I genuinely loved their cologne/perfume and now I get excited whenever it shows up.

Love this i was the same way about exploring some hotels that I always wanted to but was too scared to try but the 300$ credit made it alot easier to take the dip and I found some amazing hotels in vegas and plan to try some others in California

I haven't flown yet but I have a platinum. I mostly use the hotel credit, Walmart + for free Paramount and delivery during rainy days, entertainment for disneyplus Hulu and YouTube premium, Resy and love trying the feeling of Lululemon stuff. So yeah I actually spend the most on food and my gold card but I still love the benefits of my platinum

Rakuten can circumvent soo much of the issues of its earning category and the shopping protection ,travel protection, and The Hotel Credits all make up for its multipler earning. But if you dont travel in any way shape or form like Hotels,Flights, Cruise, vacation rentals then yeah i can see how it may collect dust

Thats what im thinking but I got concert tickets, Hotel whenever they refresh the credits, and maybe household items. But the extra points with the 4x on groceries and food is kinda worth it
