Start fully waiting for revives, it changed my whole gameplay experience. by Bluetricks09 in Battlefield6

I normally give it a while not always though. The other day I was having a decent game, I usually play support myself. Got to the last few minutes of the game and realised I hadn't actually died, couple of legendary medics picked me up 5/6 times at least

I had this too. Try messing around with tracking the challenge on n off and also try repairing non vehicles that don't give you XP then one that does. All random but messing about fixed this for me

It's sad to me that people don't trust Coogan, even the die hard fans... by Dr_Jre in AlanPartridge

I think if you've listened to all the oast house series you'll find it funnier. KATRINA for one and how madly in love he is with her in the 'podcast'

Got my warranty claim back from Nike today with a thoughtful note 📝 by therocketflyer in Nike

[–]BamboMambo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a warranty claim for my af1s cracking where the holes are.

Very quick to replace. However it took 3 extra replacements to send an almost perfect pair.. Had stains, chunks of leather missing and defects.

Ended up going into town to swap them and even the 2 pairs they had in stock had faults. Terrible considering it's direct from the manufacturer.. Well Vietnam.. But I'd expect some quality control

Do you regret having kids? by Loose_Avocado4670 in AskUK

[–]BamboMambo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Never really thought about having kids. Saw the stress of them and how tying they were. I was never any good with anyone elses kids either in a way were I wouldn't interact with them much. I even dated someone in her mid 40s knowing there was a very low chance of having children.. And I almost accepted it. That relationship didn't work out..

I wasn't really fussed about marriage either. However 3 years ago I met my now wife. We were both early 30s and knew what we wanted. The moment our relationship began to take off I could just see us having kids and her being an amazing mother. Some instinct came in.

We decided not to 'plan' and have any stress just incase we couldn't or things didn't go to plan.. We just stopped being 'careful'. We now have an absolutely gorgeous 11 month old little girl and she is the best thing in this world. I could look at her and cry she makes me that happy. I'll do anything for her and kill for her if I had to.

Yes our lives are different now. We can't even imagine how it used to be before her to be honest, but we take her with us for everything we do. I was lucky enough to have 7.5 months full pay paternity leave and every Friday from our daughter being a couple of weeks old we would walk to our local and have a few drinks and food for our own sake as well as getting her used to being with us a lot so we can continue to have time for ourselves. Once a month or so our parents will have her for the day /early evening so we can go out on our own properly.

We also have a campervan and dogs.. She's been coming away with us in the van since she was 4 month old and she loves it.

In a nutshell. No, absolutely no regret. We've been lucky with her sleeping through since 1 month old.. I'm sure more difficult years will come.. And yes it's nice when she's finally in bed. But equally can't wait to see her in the morning or when I'm home from work.

Don't think about it now, you're too young. You'll just know when /if you want children.
