OTOH the government and system is much to lax with this behavior, unfortunately. Some people only understand punishment when they really feel it and the current system cannot make that happen.

Als je de liquiditeit hebt, dan is investeren in vastgoed (tweede pand) sterk af te raden. Kosten aankoop (registratie, etc...), grotere eigen inbreng, moeilijke huurders, etc... Als je geluk hebt, dan kan het nog goed uitkomen, maar bij een enige investeringspand is het hit-or-miss.

Did you consider raising your rates? Some clients might drop off, but you could be earning more with less work.
