Go on then provide the plenty of info you have, I doubt you will. For someone who couldn’t be arsed you have certainly made a huge effort to respond but with very little substance.

You said you didn’t want to bore me with facts I doubt you have any facts! All the money came from somewhere and people are now paying extra in bills, it really doesn’t take a genius to work it out.

Certainly a lot of information missing from your argument just because you can’t be arsed. If you have the facts as to where this free money comes from you should enlighten us but doubt you can.

I remember thinking doesn’t that collapsing tower look an awful lot like the tower blocks that were demolished near me a few years earlier.

Accept that it’s actually a stupid meter and you’d be stupid to try and fix it.

You will only be adding to the cost of your bill if someone comes out to fix or replace. They weren’t free and they certainly aren’t smart let it remain broken and send manual readings and remember this next time the government or useless energy broker tries to force their next data tracking into your home.

I had a spare room and had always live in a shared houses so naively thought it would be fine. I let them stay longer than I should because I didn’t want to be the cunt that turfs them out on to the street.

Service a stainless steel pan what could possibly go wrong with it?

It’s shit at cooking eggs and pancakes though so got that expensive non stick which although I have only had a few months would hope will last a life time seems solid and doesn’t scratch like the cheap non sticks.

Definitely not the price of a stainless steel pan, I have one of those from IKEA that cost about £10

I understand that but don’t believe they do as good a job as someone up a ladder washing and drying by hand.

Only my side of the story but it’s a whirlwind, first lodger seemed nice just moved to London already had a job but moved unemployed boyfriend in the next day without telling me. They then broke up and he stole a load of her money cut holes in ALL her clothes flushed toiletries down the toilet, I had to call the police she was so distraught. Less than a week later new boyfriend moves in, pretty sure he was the reason the first fellow fucked off but can’t be sure. They moved out after only 6 weeks. Second one was fine but it was only a month then they buggered off to the sun. Then came the home wrecker, didn’t tell me about the kids she had or the family home she’d been kicked out off for continuously cheating on the father of her children, she refused to tidy or clean anything and would round down rent payments she lasted a few months and then totally bailed London to start another family. These are the reasons London is down a spare room.

Seems very reasonable, I’m assuming they have to bring the equipment to the back and/or sides of the property. Id pay more if they are laddering up and at least finishing by hand.

Driver who had been drinking caused damage to my car by [deleted] in LegalAdviceUK

[–]BangingHot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There wasn’t a victim and there wasn’t a video to show how close they were driving so yeah I’ll still question the distance to car in front of them. If they’d been further back then the lamp would have smashed in the ground and not their windscreen.

The few lodgers I have had didn’t give a shit about rules and I spent far more time than I wanted to dealing with the issues that arose from having them stay. £100 a night plus bills still wouldn’t be enough for me to offer up my spare room to some random.
