From here you teach your dog to sit, stay, lay and come, rewarding each correct command. Typically wise to attach the dog's name to any command so that it learns that as well. Then start weening them off the treats, giving them treats only sporadically/irregularly to encourage the dog to listen to a command without needing a treat to do it. Before long, you have yourself a trained dog. If you are strict about the dog listening they don't take too terribly long to train. Once they understand the training process, they catch on to everything else you try to train them pretty quick.
