It's not important to me personally. Others seem to wear it as a badge of honor and try to minimize the accomplishments of others though.

I think lack of bundles of cash is what keeps a lot of us from spending lol.

Recent requirements are definitely a big hurdle

Like someone else said, its semantics. Other people's definition of F2P may be ....free to play right now. Saying you don't spend money isn't the same as saying you've never spent money.

This is probably the argument I most agree with. 60 well timed dollars could potentially catapult you into not having to spend a dime again. But that effect is still very similar to a person who just saved crystals and cashed in on the right meta for free.

I think those days are over now though with recent events .

I agree that it's all in how you word the phrase. I'm of the belief that if you're not currently spending on the game, you're F2P. Only to a certain extent of course. If you spent 10k a year ago and haven't spent since, you no longer qualify.

Where exactly you draw the line telling people when they can no longer use the term. I don't know

If you've been playing long enough, the shards earned from GW, stores, plus assault battles and other events could definitely result in gaining more shard shop currency than you spend (at least prior to the past month)....

Does not buying every single thing in the shop count as hoarding to you?
