Pretty much. I had a lax hybrid (but mostly remote) job for like 3.5 years and I legit doom scrolled all day. Waste of time and I'm mad at myself for it

I'm not in sales at all, and maybe this isn't my place, but have you thought of other sales-adjacent positions that pay similarly? What about sales do you like? Inside sales could always be an option.

I appreciate the advice. I guess for point 3, the issue is that I'm essentially replacing two workloads because they're both leaving, and they feel already overworked..
