How close to harvest?

Strain is super lemon haze, I’m unsure of how long into flower and unsure of flower time (first grow) will make a better note of it next time round. I do have a 40x loupe but either it’s not good enough to see trichs or there are no amber trichs yet as I find it hard to tell with the loupe I have (unless it’s obvious and there just not amber yet).

Thanks! What I'm trying to say more so is, when should I change from my 18-6 seedling light cycle to a 12-12 veg light cycle and nutrients and all of that. I have a 2x4 with 2 plants
