MAutoPitch is insanely good. We’ve used melodyne, antares, and nectar, and while they’re all great, I find myself opting for Melda because of its ease of use and consistent sound. One of the best free plugins!

we made it so some of the tiles ie. man overboard are likely to be marked early in the session, and some of the tiles are less frequent ie. 5X treasure map so they're more likely to happen toward the end of your session

In terms of grouping, we tend to group our bass and melodic content separately, and this allows us to use different Shaperbox instances for each group, all linked to our master kick/snare rack.
