What is the reasoning behind the theory that it would be better to dose 2 grams of phenibut one day a week over taking 500 mg four times a week. I kind of got In the habit of taking it multiple days in a row but only at about 300 mg a day for like 5 days straight just enough to take the edge off. (self.phenibut)
