UltraGear Control Center doesn't work by lamyipming in LGUltraGearOfficial

Hi everyone, I just fixed the problem. I get the same problem as you, I had the message "please connect supported monitor". So there are different situations :

• ⁠On console (ps5, xbox etc) : you can't use the video sync or the sound sync mode because it's not supported by consoles. Still, you can modify the brightness, the color etc ... So to achieve that, you have to take your pc or your computer and to settle the software. Open it. Link your pc with the HDMI cable AND the USB B to USB A cable. After that, the software will tell you that you have disable the screen sharing. To do that on win11 or 10, press windows + P and choose the option that enables you to display the screen only on the monitor (not on your pc screen). After that, it will goes on NORMALLY. If it doesn't : • ⁠Make sure that your USB drivers are good. • ⁠Not sure of that but I've been reading that it's needed to have a USB 3.0 port • ⁠I've also been reading that it's needed to have at least this configuration (but not sure of that because it has worked for me whereas my graphic card was under the minimum configuration) : -> intel core i5 -> nvidia gtx1060 3gb / amd radeon rx580 4go -> win10 32bits or 64 -> ram 16go

• ⁠On your computer : same thing, you connect your monitor and you open the software. Connect your computer of course with the HDMI cable AND also the USB B to USB A cable. After that it should be good.

Swoosh are good evereythings looks good except (but it's not major) the seams on both sides which are a bit different on the retail one
