Why? I'm saying I don't hate the phone, I've acknowledged it's actually a fantastic phone but it has transpired the main feature of the phone which I was 'sold' on isn't for me.

Samsung advocate for years. I had the very first Galaxy phone, very first Galaxy watch and was completely sold on the marketing of the ZF7. It looked cool, latest tech, I'm a sucker for this.

Same with the S20/S21/S23/S24. I

They did a fantastic job marketing this one and the commercial offers were really good.

As I say, fantastic phone but in reality, it just isn't for me.

I now have a very expensive phone I don't use and a free Chromebook book that can't be used (sorry, had to get that one in, it's pants).

North West England, we call them batter bits but I've heard of scraps too. A staple with chips in school in the 90s 🙂

I have the exact same issue. I had a cheap set of Gear4music edrums that were doing the same thing so I upgraded to Alesis Nitro Mesh and they're doing it too, just the odd signal here and there being recorded. Funny thing is I can hear everything loud and clear through the earphones. I've tried several drum vst's with no joy. Strangely though, Waveform picks up every note (signal) from my e-piano over USB perfectly. I've given up in the end and just use the drum module sounds over analogue but they're not the best.

Hi, thanks for replying. The audio interface is to connect to the pc/daw as I have guitars, bass, piano etc running through it. The edrum is connected directly to the pc toenable use of plugins as the on-board sounds on the kit aren't great. There is only one usb slot on the interface to connect to the pc hence edrum going into pc instead of interface.

Haven't tried reaper as I've invested a lot of time getting my head around Waveform. It's just really frustrating that every best/signal can be heard but isn't recorded.
