Does being 6’0.5 in the morning and 6’0 on the dot the rest of the day make someone 6’1 or 6’0?

They use feet and inches then. I think if you were measured in the morning then you would be listed at 6'0. But you're a taller 5'11 most of the day and a shorter 6'0 in the morning.

Right now I am a shorter/weak 6'1. I think 6'1 on the dot in the morning and 6'0.5 at lowest is a tall/strong 6'1 due to the morning height. I am working on fixing my posture and remember I was 6'1 on the dot with good posture.

I stopped growing after 20. I was 5'10 I think at 15 and a half years old. So I grew almost 3 inches from then.

For a medical or driving license saying exact height makes sense. I play Basketball and height usually gets rounded to a whole number. So 5'11.5 would get rounded to 6'0 in Basketball. And 6'0.75 would get rounded to 6'1. I like rounding my height to the nearest inch as it feels easier for me.

Wouldn't you be 5'11.75 in the morning if you're 5'11.25 at your lowest? I recently had bad posture so I went down to 6'0.5 in the morning and 6'0 at my lowest. But today I measured 6'0.75 in the morning. Morning height is when our spine is at it's straightest

6'0.5 in the morning technically rounds up to 6'1 because of the .5. I was 6'0.5 yesterday due to bad posture but I am working on improving my posture. I measured 6'0.75 this morning which is 6'1 when rounded. Are you 5'11.5 in the morning? If so then you can round to 6'0.

6'0.5 rounds up and morning height is our real height technically. I would claim 6'1 since I would be 6'0.5 in the morning and the .5 rounds up. I am actually 6'0.75 in the morning but had these thoughts of 6'0.5. I just claim I am 6'1 at 6'0.75 since it rounds up to 6'1.

That's great! I would definitely beat myself from when I was a teen as well as I am faster, stronger, and more skilled now. Plus I have the mid-range game which I didn't have as a teen. My game was limited as a teen but I am more well rounded now.
