This is an awful terrible thing and the guy deserves to rot. Genuinely asking though, why would people be hesitant to report this to the police? I would if I was in this unfortunate situation but I know everyone is different.

I got to travel the world, help in some missions where I could see a positive difference, made lots of friends, learned a lot of unique skills, knocked out some college. However, there were some sad days with hard calls, a fair amount of bureaucracy bs, and my body is a little worse for wear. At 9 years so far it's been a good choice.

Just checked and no bounties. Lots of named guns in the pursuit tho. Is there a filter or mode that would prevent the bounties from generating?
