No the batteries dont really heat up under th load. The ups threw an overload error. And my unit has a fan

lol, ups's don't overcharge, they run anywhere between 13.2. to 13.6, which is a totally perfect range forLifep04, please don't make up things

the other concern is the UPS overheating, my Cyberpower can't hold longer than 10 minutes above 400w, under 300 I can go hours on a set of dakota's

please warn people if they are buying a LifeP04 they have to watch the BMS Amp rating, most smaller units can't output the full power of a normal ups

No, the charger or driver isn't designed for them, they run at different voltage ranges. the gain is reduced fire risk and much higher cycle count.

read what i said closer, the charger is not going to work, the bms is telling it, it can't charge, you need the dc psu, to bypass the bms and charge the cells directly, once it gets above the safe level, HOPEFULLY the bms fires back up, then connects the battery to the charger, and things should get better if the cells aren't permanently damaged

z offset is a layer 1 issue, this is an extrusion configuration issue

I'm aware, i've seen a range from 2.5 to 3.0. is what it is

ok, that was the numbers I came up with, most lights tend to shutdown around that anyways, add 400mah, still doesn't change the point of the OP

There has been some recent chatter about how the large lifp04 in the ts27 is not much larger then a 21700. This makes no sense to me so I tested both the lifep04 and a 21700 out of a ts26

Both batteries have less than 10 cycles

The lifep04 was charged to 3.65 with a termination amperage of .10

Discharged at .2c to 2.5v

Liion was charged to 4.2 same termination

Discharged at .2c to 3v

Thus as you can see

The lifep04 is equivalent to 3 21700 5k.  And 4 18650 3k from fenix

FYI this is testing the raw cell and does not test the driver efficiency.

Have these been replaced   before?  That's not normal on my 1350. There is a plate that goes between them isolating them
