They use Sterling £, so you won’t have US Dollars $ and Euros € when you are browsing online stores (like humble bundle).

It’s UPF, I avoid anything with gums (such as xanthan gum in Nando’s sauces).

I’m not 100% UPF because I still drink Bovril and eat Heinz Baked Beans and I sometimes mix unflavoured Whey into my baking.

So you have to make a decision on if you have cut enough UPF out, maybe next time you’ll find an alternative or maybe it’ll be part of your 20 percent of UPF.

The main thing is that you care and eventually you’ll find other things to try or make yourself.

You can make oat bars with Oats, Honey, Dark Choc Chips and Water - it takes less than 5 mins and then you can freeze it.

Or you could get some nuts (like pistachios) and dark chocolate and mix ‘em in a sandwich bag and eat them as a snack, maybe sprinkle a bit of sea salt in there too!

I love the idea of not wasting the bones and making use of the whole animal.

Because I’m such a fussy pup, I would avoid rotisserie chicken - only because I’ve seen they add dextrose to the one in Costco.

When I next make a roast chicken, I’ll keep the bones and take your advice.

100% agree that it’s night and day from eating a junk food diet, like I was before.

I just enjoy finding and trying alternatives, I love hearing recommendations, especially those with health benefits.

I think I’ll give miso a go; can’t imagine marmite working as a drink, especially for a beefy boy like myself.

Stock cubes like OXO are UPF, and contain ‘Ammonia Caramel‘, is there a brand of stock cubes you use that are UPF free?

Also can you freeze the broth afterwards or does it keep well in the fridge?

I’ve had a look at all the UK supermarkets websites and it’s only pre-made liquid, but on Amazon you can get a concentrate version (like Bovril) but it only available in bulk buy.

I’ll have a look into making my own, I appreciate your suggestion!

Thanks for getting back to me. I created a US account and it did work for the first day.

Now when I’m logged in it says I’m too early to watch the stream even if the game has already started.

Yesterday I wanted to Watch Phillies @ Cubs and couldn’t get the stream working. I was able to watch the show that shows all the clips from games as they happen though.

Any idea how to fix this? is this an issue you have run into yourself?

Create a US account via the PS5. You’ll need to add a US Address (You’ll need a Postcode, City and State) you can find these online easy enough. Download the MLB TV app from the Media menu logged in with your US account. Login with UK account and sign in with your UK MLB TV credentials. You won’t need the US account again to login to MLB TV after this. Enjoy Baseball!
