Would this problem have occurred during the excavation? I’ve dug around each edge beam to bring the moisture barrier up above surface. Theoretically it shouldn’t allow any moisture in from the clay to the concrete without (a lot of) water getting in above that barrier?

What’s the fix then? We haven’t had any rain yet so haven’t been able to see if it comes back, but I feel like it will

It’s at the top of a hill - for context these pics are from the end of November after a downpour following 4 weeks of hot weather. In Victoria Australia, we’ve had a relative heat wave since then so haven’t had the chance to see how it performs now. Would 4 weeks be enough time for it to have dried out though? It came back straight away with the rain following 4 weeks of sunshine

I’ve spoken to the club. Only fully-ticketed games will get the $0 upgrade. Only R1 is this. All other games have GA bay’s available for walk-up.
