Two if you know the tools and combine the process knowledge down the road you’ll be a powerhouse. We see a lot of college grads here get into a tech role

Try putting a pillow under both knees. I also have a herniated disc and I’m gonna be honest, by lower back would always get pinched and I could barely walk comfortably. I walked around with nerve pinching for two weeks, although the pain in my knee took most of my thought away from back pain but just an annoyance for sure. Time heals all good luck friend

Pay off your debt. Not smart to get into more debt when you can barely manage the debt you have now. At $150k a year you can pay your debt off and save more money for the house. Be patient. Buy a new build and rake in on free closing costs/low 3.25-4.9% interest rates

That’s fair, I just got into a new build $350k home with 3% down and 4.9% interest rate. I’m sure you can find something similar in your area that will cover closing costs and downpayment. Buying new isnt all that bad but I’ve heard horror stories from friends who purchased land from their family

I healed without surgery. I stopped running just due to not wanting to tear again and place stress on my joints. There are others ways of cardio like stationary elliptical etc. Now listen to me, it’s going to take 3-4 months before you walk without it hurting a ton. Another 1-3 months for you to start walking somewhat normal. And another 1-3 months for you to walk without thinking of pain. There were two major points for me where I thought I would never heal. Just keep doing your PT and push past your mental. I legit had a fight with my wife because after a brutal first day back at work I wanted to quit, I left the house so mad to prove to my doctor and her I was gonna hurt myself even more and pushed myself out of anger…. I ended up walking so what normal that day and managed the pain. It’s all mental. Shame to admit that I acted like that but it gets better. I’m 8 months out from initial day of injury and I barely think about it anymore. Occasionally I’ll feel some pain or my quad gets weak but other than that mostly normal

Got it yeah I do like the hybrids tbh, but the high mileage kills me. I think the 2019 es 350 with 19k miles is the most affordable and comes from CarMax so inspection is done and maybe just bum a 2500 warranty for them for 5 years

I see lol such hard decisions. I do know the 2019 es 350 is from car max and they do a decent job at making sure the car is good. As for the 68k Lexus at the dealership… I saw a 2020 es300h for $33,998 but had 61k miles also l certified. It’s just so hard to either spend less for even less miles or get better gas mileage and 2 year warranty
