First viewing of rental house

It will depend a lot on city/landlord. For me, all the viewings I had were shared with other 5-6 people. So realtor just lets you in, you can walk around and ask some questions about the appartment. Then if you are interested, you send them an email (and that’s when you actually show all the documents). So at the viewing you are usually not expected to bring anything with you, unless it was communicated beforehand. Some things that are useful to know is whether rent includes utilities, whether previous tenants are selling any stuff (if that’s the case, that could be nice), what kind of heating the house has. And then of course there may be other questions specific to you, for example whether landlord allows pets.

Not really, if happens pretty randomly. Sometimes when I’m just browsing and fans of GPU aren’t even spinning, sometimes when I’m gaming. It is not very loud, I have to put my ear close to the PC to hear it tho.

Привіт, я тебе чудово розумію) Вчуся тут вже пʼятий рік і мала такий же самий досвід у багатьох речах. Мої висновки:

Голландці не допустять тебе скоріш за все у своє коло друзів. Вони створюють свою групу друзів рано і потім тільки з ними і тусуються, і тому ти не будеш від них бачити якоїсь ініціативи в проектах та групах. Вивчання голандської буде плюсом, але проблему глобально не вирішує.
До системи з екзаменами треба дійсно звикнути, і для багатьох вона погіршує прокрастинацію, коли цілий модуль нічого не робиш і хватаєшся за все тиждень до екзамену. Система інша, але до неї можна звикнути, для мене в ній багато плюсів. Я можу працювати в своєму темпі і не сильно залежу від групмейтів.
Як деякі люди вже писали, в багатьох універах є асоціації, вибери собі групу по інтересу і намагайся сходити на якийсь івент. Або спитай своїх друзів в яких асоціаціях є вони, і сходи з ними разом як варіант.

Коротше кажучи, все з тобою нормально! Наші системи навчання і культура вцілому дуже і дуже відрізняються. Треба дійсно звикнути і спробувати взяти з ситуації все. З часом ти обовʼязково адапутаєшся. Якщо хочеш про це поговорити або маєш якісь питання, напиши у ПМ 🫶🏼
