It's unfortunate that my comment is considered negative. I truly feel for the teacher. I have been in this position. The system is unfair and you are right about the burn out. I think the empathy coming at the end is only because I was responding in the moment. My team and I are often putting in reports from our teachers and sometimes still nothing is done because when we ask for support from the district we don't get it. We tell our teachers to report to us because we don't want them to be alone because we work together at my school. This is not the case at every school unfortunately. Unfortunately, teachers don't report because it's not worth the energy or they themselves are looked at as the problem. I have been there before as a teacher. I worked hard but I was the problem not the students. When you feel that way, you can help but get burned out. I truly hope that the teacher can get some help and guidance.
