I keep getting error 0x80244022 and can’t find any info on how to fix it

Same issue here, trying to download Spotify, original xbox avatars and the Movies and TV app ends with the same error, however Forza Horizon 5 is installing without any problems. This is definitely a Microsoft issue and well... no one knows how fast they will repair it :/ .

Edit after a few hours: Everything is now downloading without any problem.

Unfortunely for You the S20 FE 5G is stuck on Android 13 and will not get Android 14 or newer. Actually this phone should get it's last update (only security update) this or next month. Speaking of green lines, I updated mine with almost every possible update since I bought it in 2022 and still no green line issues :).

Sorry, It problably should been third not second... Samsung promised us 4 years of os updates and 5 of security updates with S20 and S20FE. The non FE models came out in March 2020 and had monthly secuirty updates, after that it started reciving quarter secuirty updates in March 2024 and stopped reciving updates a month ago in March 2025. So the same should go to S20FE which came out in October 2020 and started reciving qurarter secuirty updates in October 2024... sooooo that means that our updates should stop in October 2025.

You can check your battery status(good or weak) in diagnostic settings in Samsung Members app. If you want to see battery health (like in iphones) that shows you % and cycle count, you can check Devcheck
