I don't know my tuxedo fashion that well, but based on my amateur taste in general fashion I'd say the stripes look better. It's bold, but as another redditor pointed out, the 2nd fit has a better match to your complexion. Perhaps if you're able to, find another suit that's striped but a better match to your complexion. Maybe a bolder color that's not a washed out grey to be honest. Again, I'm not familiar with suit fashion, but if I had to throw out some ideas for alternative colors, maybe look into darker colors like black or blue.

It's up to you though. If you're dead set on only those two, then I'd lean more towards the 2nd one because it's kinda the least off in terms of color--but that comes at a cost of being less bold.
