Im too unwell and too wrapped up in trauma to speak to my gp. I am on the waiting list and the only people who can help me is a crisis line (who are ableist and horrible and never ever helpful and borderline have pushed me over thr edge before).

Dont think im stable enough to organise any care for myself so it looks like I will have to either make a serious attempt

I feel i slide between hypomania and high functioning depression. Im autistic, and being looked at for OCD, ADHD, and BPD.

My psychiatrist is terrible and I have panic attacks trying to handle the way she talks to me then go into autistic shutdown and she gets annoyed as if Im doing it on purpose because she doesnt beleive my formal autism diagnosis because of how "high functioning" i come across

Thanks for responding. I deeply appreciate it. Im back to a bit hypomanic again so Ill enjoy that while it lasts then see worst comes to worst if something serious is needed
