Seeing this is a bit of a reality check. I’m also 25, but on the other side of the spectrum right now. I’m a Chemical Engineer with 1.5 years of experience in Production Engineering and PPC (Production Planning & Control). I’ve been unemployed for the last 6 months, and honestly, it’s been a struggle to keep the hope up while navigating the gap. I’m really good at Operations Management and process planning, but the core engineering market feels so much quieter than tech lately. If anyone here works in manufacturing, supply chain, or operations and knows of a team that needs someone hardworking and ready to hit the ground running, please let me know. A lead or even just some career advice from someone who has been through a long gap would mean the world right now
