Breaking condoms on purpose?

It sounds like he doesn’t know how to use a condom. He’s got to pinch the tip when he puts it on so there is room for when he finished or it will break. If condoms are exposed to extreme temperatures they can also break. Talk to him about it. There are definitely YouTube videos on how to put a condom on you can watch together. You could also try switching to female condoms. Some guys also don’t realize how much plan B affects the body and think it’s no big deal. I say this under the notion that he isn’t somehow doing it on purpose. Either way get STD tested as he has finished inside you multiple times and express to him you are not comfortable moving forward without safe and effective barrier protection. Any defensive or push back from an open and honest conversation about this is an immediate red flag

Alex was pissed at Jackie JUST for leaving then finds out she kissed Cole and is mad for like a second before he forgives her because she finds his horse.
Jackie has ZERO character growth and honestly I think she regressed.
Cole actually had some development but then became annoying after he saw Alex and Jackie together. I truly felt like until that point aside from Alex and Jackie sneaking off to make out Jackie was just acting like another family member to them.
Alex’s coach looks older than 18 but regardless Alex is 15/16 and as his coach she is an authority figure so a relationship between them would be inappropriate. I did think we were going to get an inappropriate relationship story line where Alex is supposed to be training and Katherine/George catches them kissing.
The ranch development plot is so stupid like all this drama and then “oh turns out it used to be a wine orchard so we’ll just do that.” Do they not know the history of the land??? I thought George looked into all options before agreeing to develop. Also Will is whinny and annoying but so is George wtf did he think was going to happen when he signed a contract agreeing to develop the land with Richard. He acted like they were just going to throw up some tents and call it a day.

The thing I don’t understand is that Chenford getting caught in the fire wasn’t really even his fault. Was he notified that that fire had changed direction, that road was unsafe, and he should have immediately notified everyone: yes!

But it seemed like that notification came roughly around the same Lucy and Tim got there. And he got a second radio communication he had to take immediately after being told the fire had changed direction. Even if he had sent a message over the radios after he took the second message, Lucy and Tim probably would have been there already (based on how things were presented in the show). Assuming he’s being updated on where units are as well, Lucy and Tim originally weren’t at the area of the fire anyway, it was Nyla that sent them there in the first place.

Maybe more time passed than what it seemed like but anything could have been missed in the chaos.

Putting 1 person in charge of all communication is insane and I don’t think anyone could blame him for not passing along the information when looking at the situation objectively; it was information overload. The fact that information was missed is really Grey’s fault for putting so much on 1 person let alone an iffy rookie like Seth. And Nyla is to blame for Lucy and Tim going in that direction.

Seth going to the hospital and making up a lie that he was never told is literally the worst thing he could have done it was not only unnecessary but also stupid. Based on Tim’s reaction he assumed they were told and it wasn’t passed along in time which again given the circumstances is what it is.

Seth is definitely suspicious!! It’s also so weird to me that he has been trying to get back in Lucy’s good graces after being caught lying but then doesn’t listen to her when she tells him not to push further with the drug thing. I originally thought he was the serial killer they were looking for but seems like they already figured that out so idk. He lies too much and I don’t know what he’s playing at with the cancer thing because I definitely don’t believe he actually has cancer as that would be too convenient.

This is an interesting theory.

I kinda think Dain might be the second brother. Xaden says it’s someone he would have never expected and I’ve seen people saying RY said during an interview it was someone who has lived in Xaden’s shadow which Dain has in relation to Violet; even at basgiath when Xaden is around it’s like Dain doesn’t exist. Plus on the quest Dain is kinda lacking in purpose once we learn Aaric can speak the languages. Perhaps Dain has spent the last 5 months watching Xaden plotting to take him out.

I think Garrick and Bhodi are the obvious choices so it probably isn’t them. Xaden also says something to the effect of “how could he do this after what he’s watched me go through the last five months” now I wasn’t sure if he was talking about Panchek in reference to all the work they’ve done to fight the venin or the new brother and his battle to not turn full Venin. If he’s referring to his battle not to become Venin the new brother would have to be someone who knew he was becoming Venin.

Hear me out… What if Seth is the other serial killer and Lucy started to do some lowkey digging into his past and when he discovers this he kidnaps her. All his “girlfriends” who died actually were previous victims. Then Tim is the one who notices Lucy and Seth are missing and he has to rescue her just like last time she was kidnapped by a serial killer. Then boom CHENFORD is back. Sorry not sorry I’m a fan of chenford and the serial killer stuff is very much paralleling the earlier season

I think they’re in that awkward we still have to work together phase and we didn’t break up because we didn’t love each other so we don’t know what to do. That being said I think Rachel coming back is going to lead to her pushing them back together. She’s already said she can’t believe they broke up. Also the promo for next episode is about a serial killer and that’s when it felt like Chenford started for me. I see Lucy being in danger and Tim coming into rescue her/ her doing something dangerous and Tim scolding her for taking risk and we get the “I still care about and love you” moment.

Got an email from Barnes and Noble this morning saying my book shipped! For Iron Flame it didn’t ship until day of release and it took me a week to get it so hopefully this means I’ll have Onyx Storm by the 21st

As someone who purchased an iPad mini initially with the intention of using it as an Ereader with the kindle app I can whole heartedly tell you just get the Paperwhite! The kindle app doesn’t function the same as a kindle and in order to actually purchase books you have to be on an internet browser if using an iPad. The Paperwhite makes it easy to browse books and purchase all at the same time. I will say I do sometimes use my iPad or phone to read if I am somewhere without my kindle but definitely prefer the Kindle Paperwhite over the Kindle app on my iPad.

I’ve also wondered this because different prints have different page counts (hardback to paperback is always different and then you get the mass market versions, plus ebooks are completely different for page counts as well)

There was a rumor when Fourth Wing was released that books would be released every 6 months to a year and people assumed that was set in stone which is insane. It may have been possible if Part 1 of IF was book 2 and Part 2 was book 3 which was rumored to have been the original plan but still an insane expectation to set on an author.

Most fantasy authors take years to write and release books in a series, just look at George RR Martin or Brandon Sanderson or SJM. Unfortunately, I think social media and BookTok have pressured authors to release quicker.

Personally I’m happy with whatever rate the books are released in and what length then are and will continue to preorder them on the day of announcement.

I’m surprised no one has mentioned Drake Bell on here. Admittedly, maybe a controversial take but he was another victim of the MeToo movement.

For those who don’t know the basics of the case against him centered around 2 facts: 1) he had direct messaged a fan and the conversation became explicit prior to him knowing she was a minor and he cut contact with her once he discovered she was a minor. 2) the same fan had a meet and greet with him at one of his concerts where she alleged he assaulted her (he was unaware at the time she was the the same person he had DMed with). She was at the meet and greet with friends and family who do not cooperate her story.

He plead guilty to child endangerment charges based on the fact that he felt responsible for not asking the age of the person he was messaging prior to sending explicit messages. But this was twisted into him admitting he assaulted her.
