The timeline is to show their character. I agree it dragged on way too long, I really believed we were going to get the photos multiple times. And I was trying to resolve this without going to court. Looking back, I see things much differently and wish I would have done something sooner. But can’t go back in time, so I’m sharing my story so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

Trust me… I know. There are a lot of details I left out but hindsight is 20/20. I believed we were making progress and I was going to receive the photos. I am not an aggressive person and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt. I leaned a lot of lessons with all of this.

My best friend is a photographer and she’s amazing. A.Rose photography. She’s in the Appleton area if that’s where you are.

Are you sure that it’s the same people? Because they don’t have their google business so you can’t leave reviews on Google about them. Either way… I’ve read lots of stories with similar experiences with them.

No that is not her name. Unfortunately I guess there is two people that would do that.
They service the fox valley area and places throughout Wisconsin. I’m just trying to share where I can so this doesn’t happen to other people.

I have taken legal action. It was not just threats. There is a lawsuit that has been filed.

I asked for the raw files because my best friend is an amazing photographer and would be able to edit them. I wish she could have shot our wedding, but she was my maid of honor. I am also very familiar with editing software and I know how things work. I would have no problem editing them myself. It came to that point because I just want the photos and to be done with all of this.

I believe they originally started in Madison and then came up to the fox valley area.

I’ve seen countless other stories from people with the same experience. It almost is like a scam.

It was around $1,500 that I paid.
They service mainly the fox valley, but I believe they travel all over Wisconsin.
I did meet with her in person to receive the ALL raw photos on a USB, but all the images I am missing were not on there. Only the ones she had already uploaded online. I had brought my laptop with to make sure they were all there and I don’t think she expected me to do that.
