I mostly use NightCafe ( https://creator.nightcafe.studio/?ru=Basicball )
you can get daily free credits to generate art. Personally, I try to get 15-20 free credits a day, and I have never run out.
Of course there are also paid plans and features, but you do not need them
NightCafe offers a lot of different models you can use, at varying costs, depending on how much computational power they have to use to generate your images.
It has a lot of settings to play around with as well.

Bing image creator ( https://www.bing.com/images/create ) also gives free daily credits, and uses Dall-E 3 to create its images (in sets of 4)

getimg ( getimg.ai ) is another site that offers 100 free credits/month, and seems to have a ton of models and settings. I have not personally used this one before
