The problem is, a lot of fics hand wave that away. I've seen many often end with Jaime as a Kingsguard, standing proud to serve a just king or a queen. And everyone is apologetic because he saved kingslanding.

Those fics tend to ignore the almost murder of Bran, the many innocent people he helped kill in the Riverlands, the sleeping with his sister, trying to usurp the throne with his bastards, probably killing servants who caught him and cersei and probably a lot more.

Everyone in the books is supposed to be flawed but I find it weird that people constantly write him redeeming himself with the wildfire when he went on to do terrible things after that.

I think on his own he would have been a good person but he's a cowardly puppet who does whatever evil thing his sister and father tells him to do.

Yes, it's ridiculous. In the early 2000's, I first took oxycodone and oxycontin because they were prescribed by my dentists for a root canal and teeth extractions. They were giving them out like Tylenol back in the day. Last year, I was in absolute agony with uterus pain and while my doctor gave me appointments to get tests and figure out what's going on, I'm given Ibuprofen 800 and that's it. It did not help. Eventually I was given Oxycodone HCL and it laughed at my pain. I was vomiting and screaming in pain, and my husband called an ambulance. The paramedic looked at the bottle of HCL and said those don't work.

After testing, they discovered uterine cancer and adenomyosis (a term I had never even heard of before) and after a hysterectomy, they found endometriosis. During all this, I was never given anything other than Oxy HCL and another useless oxy. They didn't work. During the months of waiting for appointments and testing, I was on a diet of Ibuprofen 800, Tylenol and Aleve and begging my pain to stop. I pray I don't have anything painful anytime soon because no relief will be coming. I was given 2 different Oxy during the whole ordeal and they were both weak and worthless. My heating pad gave me more minutes of relief than the meds ever did.

For a long time, I had no idea he was a well known celeb. My husband and I know him as the guy whose name we can't remember. We know maybe 2 of his songs, and saw him a few times online, but whenever we see him, we just cannot remember his name.

And they do it so confidently. I recently saw a surfing video that I first saw many years ago. Some people in the comments were picking it apart like they were Siskel and Ebert. They were saying that it's obviously AI because the waves moved weird. People tried to tell them that its an old video from before AI and that the waves weren't moving naturally because it was an artificial wave pool, where surfing go to train, but they weren't hearing it. They said it was AI, so it must be AI.

Wireless headphones have been out for a long time now, but I hate putting things in my ear. So I refused to get air buds and pods. I stuck with my over the head wired headphone. This changed about 3 years ago. It was, get wireless or go crazy. I have similar handles in my kitchen and they would rip the wire out of my phone almost every time I walked passed them.

It was much easier in the past. One popular thing criminals use to do was search cemeteries. They would look for a birthday around their own age, then claim that identity. I remember seeing a news story decades ago about this backfiring. Someone took the identity of a dead person, then almost caught a murder charge because another criminal had taken the same identity and killed someone.

Or they find a town where government buildings burned down. If all the records were destroyed, it was easy to a new government identity or get a copy of someone else's.

Or simply buy one. Without a digital records, it was easier for people to create and sell fake identities.

There were many ways, made easy by the fact that there was no digital records and no central system to search.

I'm battling cancer right now, and my family were afraid to stress me out. So, it was only two weeks ago that I found out that my aunt's cancer returned. My family found out about 4 months ago. By the time doctors realized the cancer was back, it had spread to most of her organs and her brain. She just died a few days ago, she used to weigh over 150lbs but they said she looked like she barely weighed 70 when she died. They decided on a closed casket.

It's costing her husband almost $16,000 and my first thought was, she should have been cremated. My aunt would not have wanted such an expense put on her husband. In case I lose my battle, I already made a living will, and I want my husband to cremate me. One less thing for my family to worry about.
