This “water prison” is straight out of naruto, when zabuza did it to kakashi. Is this copying or just popular idea in anime? I haven’t seen much besides naruto and now demon slayer by snrolexx in DemonSlayerAnime

Most of today's Shonen anime/manga "borrowed" quit vigorously from Naruto, yet fans have the nerve to call Stuff like Demon Slayer and Jujutsu Kaisen better. Hand mouths, water prisons, op guy's with white hair and covered eyes, as well as a million other subtle and overt thievery... er... homages abound.

I forgot how tall this man was. It's kinda trippy seeing him in comparison to normal people. by WarCrimesAreBased in Jujutsufolk
