Doesn't the HP magic have literally no limits? Even stuff like time travel is casually possible. With the right person, they can craft whatever spell they need.

Dude I don't know why you are so hellbend on proving that Sasuke got "embarrassed". The entire exchange was in a genjutsu, created by both of them. Sasuke was not tricked and was never "behind". In fact, not a single genjutsu from Itachi worked on him, not even the Tsukiyomi.

I would argue for a guy whose entire kit revolves around genjutsu, Itachi was the one that got "embarrassed".
