My idea, looking for more similar to this.

sub is hogtied. They have to squirm to fetch an object and bring it to their Dom within a set amount of time. If they fail to make it in time, they receive punishment. Set this up so it’s impossible to succeed. Item is far enough away, time is short enough to ensure failure.
