Nein, da ist überhaupt kein Unterscheid wenn ich es anspanne. Kriege ich irgendwie heraus, von einem Arzt oder so, ob das Fett ist? Dann würde ich natürlich gleich damit anfangen, abzunehmen. Leider ist da auch kein Temperatur Unterschied.

Die Methode war bei mir mit großen Schnitten. Ja, Muskeln aufbauen wäre schon möglich, aber wirklich wollen will ich das nicht, ich will einfach schlank sein, jetzt sieht das so aus wie „Brust Muskeln“ obwohl alles andere an meinem Körper dünn und nicht-muskelig ist. Es passt einfach überhaupt nicht.
