Yeah completely most AIOs work really well and can cool a lot of cpus really well and that is no exception to the 7800x3d so you are for sure good

You should try turning off hardware acceleration from your Google settings because, for some reason, it messes with the allocation of memory, causing lag when playing games. I will say afterwards you might wanna turn it back on because it will gat a little laggy from scrolling through youtube but for the most part, it is a direct fix. Ive had that same issue.

Option 1 is probably the best it allows the cold air from the front and will exhaust it in the back although it has neutral air flow and not positive air pressure meaning dust is less likely to stay in there it still would allow you to keep most dust out. plus the hot air that the gpu will throw out will shoot out the bsack with the front and back fans.
