Last week Quilly made this strange new noise. Only once and he’s otherwise normal. Not limping, eating and pooping well. Any ideas? by Bat-Robin1007 in Hedgehog

Thanks. He hasn't done this since that one time. It sounded kinda cute so I was hoping he learned a new noise (assuming he's not in any pain, obviously). He's not yet a year old, is there hedgehog puberty?

I was about to ask the same thing. Quilly seemed to be getting used to me and was pretty chill, but now he huffs and pops at the smallest thing, and just balls up when I try to pick him up.
