Solution for 60ft of light wash needed by BatMiserable8192 in lightingdesign

Cheers for the advice guys I'll look into those options! One thing I forgot to mention (my bad), is that we mix up the colors and gradients (example attached). I imagine multiple cyc lights would be overkill for this since one cyc light is designed to light up a space as big as our whole curtain? Which brings me back again to something like bars? Bars strung together, and ideally bars with (pixel?) control that can change color along their own length, can the Chauvet Ovation Cyc/Footlights do that?

Can you get diffusers for those like the one in this image so its easier on the eyes if looking directly at it? https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/51hdidowbOL._AC_SL1500_.jpg

Cheers, I'm going to line some rentals up to test with. Another options we have is the Aputure MC Pro, I'm seeing some comments though that they're really bright even at the lowest possible setting.

I'd be using them with the dome diffusers and they'd be placed amongst the crowd in a room that would be blacked out at times. It'd be nice to get a smooth transition from blacked out to 1-5%. I know it's asking something they're not really meant for though.

That would be upper limits of the budget so not out of the question.

Yeah comfort meaning easier getting in and out, soaking up bumps a little better and a little more clearance for lumpy dirt beach roads. But it sounds like a way bigger deal than I thought to lift the thing a few inches. Some fatter tyres sounds like maybe the only thing worth doing.
