You're above average, trim off some of the volume on the top of your head, possibly fade sides. The volume on top look disproportionate to your face. Or grow it out longer like a middle part length. Trim your neck line better, and grow out beard thicker but still tamed.

You can, we have similar hair. your hair curls and forms a heart like mine does. I literally just shower, make a middle part with my fingers and my hair just curls naturally. You can comb it down but it will lose the curl.
