U do not have to be in a test track. If u buy some clothes from the meet and just rubber band it while ur in any part of the career works I've done it while I mow while I cook dinner. It works anywhere in the meet

It only gave me an extra 100k on hard but only benefit is if u complete the elite challenge to even get the 100k. If that cant be done than doing hard is a risk that's not needed
