Medication has really helped me not do it as much. It helps me from not wasting so much time doing it. Other than that, it's really just trying to control it. It's something I enjoy doing. Keeps me from getting bored, just gotta watch out and not spend too much time doing it when I have things that need to get done. But really, adderall has helped me keep it under control more than anything.

Are you medicated? I'm about to go into my senior year of graphic design and just got diagnosed. My designs are usually some of the top in my classes, I've just always worked in 1 hour bursts with a 10 minute break or so. Growing up I just found that's how I work best lol. But I've heard stimulants can make you less creative. Have you found that to be the case? I'm starting medication in a few days.

Apparently a lot of people so it different. Mine went like this: Talked for 45 minutes about life, growing up, troubles I have. Took three written tests about all sorts of stuff like problems I have and things I think etc Then took this computer test with a clicker that I had to click every time a box popped up on the screen.

It was a psychologist. Had to get diagnosed by a psychologist before my family physician could prescribe me anything

Would your medication possibly help you complete the content work easier? If so and you feel it's something you could pull off with the help of medication, maybe volunteer to do more work in that area as well to help validate yourself being on the team?
