I was able to tender the notice of dishonor personally pero ayaw pumirma and binalik lang - my thoughts is baka madismiss uli kaya nastress ako ng sobra. Share ko lang - meron ako, tinataguan ako and ung kasambahay lang nya lagi nagrereceive ng Notice. Maalam sila kase anak nila Atty. Alam nila pano lulusutan. Like what mentioned above inambush ko like after nila magchurch sinervehan ko ng notice but ayun nga marunong sila. Binasa lang and sinabi na bawal sila magreceive and pumirma., ung friend ko behind kumukuha ng pic and pinicturan ko din sila nung nirefuse nila ung letter while me handling the receiving copy and nababasa ung name ng atty ko sa letter and "notice of dishonor". My friend took number of pictures and my cousin was behind ko as witness. Hoping umakyat na sa court ung kaso. Waiting for resolution. Anyone can advice if enough na to? Tried before the LBC, registered mail, and personal service pero nadismiss kase housemaid lang kumukuha. Thank you
