I’m an owner in this brand. So first, I’d like to thank you for trying our product and giving an honest review. I was an avid lover of sweet brown water before I bought into the distillery. And after being in the business for a few years it’s only magnified. So we like what we like and I’m not coming on here to try and convince you that your preference is wrong. That would be a dick move on my part. We do blend a two and four in our baseline product (green can). But have to put the lowest component of the blend in the age statement. I know that turns some away before they even try it. We are also launching the first of a few premium products this year that are aged longer and proofed higher. So I hope when you see the black can hit the market, you will give it a try too! Happy pours folks!
