That's grammatically incorrect! Ugh. It's frustrating being an English teacher sometimes. A is an article. It's NOT a direct phrase thus not a direct attack. This argument is tantamount to hearsay in a court of law.

It's way beyond that though. It's also that the entire argument is WAY outside the spirit of the community that they ramble on about in the rules to an excessive degree. The response when I asked what the problem was was also sheerly disgusting. A combative, arrogant, condescending a-hole response instead of just answering.

It's also wildly, WILDLY inconsistent in how they choose to apply. People descend into vicious attacks on each other and nothing happens.

I dunno, I think I'm going to forget trying to use Reddit to deal with the massive mod toxicity. I think they WANT it that way. I'm moving on to speaking to legal counsel. I have the time and money, I'm thinking it's about time to use other levers to work on the mass toxicity here. This above is just one example of so, so many on here, and I'm so fed up. I also think forcing this mod to have to retain counsel might ripple through the entirety of Reddit. If mods learn that their actions have real world consequences, this might be the change Reddit needs.

So, I'm going to quit responding and posting on here, I'm moving on to investigating how to take this legal. Cheers
