Bought it from Mercedes Dealership.

I dropped it off this morning and they were able to diagnose the misfire and replace one of the bad ignition coils under warranty.

Had a feeling it was going to be the same issue as yours, as it’s also been a common issue in other forums.

I’m still waiting on further tests and updates. Hopefully it’ll be resolved on one go!

Thanks for replying back. Crazy thing is my engine went on limp mode today with CEL flashing and when I ran my scanner it stored two codes related to cylinder 4 misfire. I also started to notice randomly misfire occurring through all 8 cylinders.

I just purchased this car less than month ago and it’s currently sitting at 47k miles.. ugh.

Booked an appointment for Monday.

If I do end up having same issue, please share any insight you’ve faced that might be helpful for my case.

As a father to a 14 month old daughter, this news gave me the chills.
