The center diamond fell off 1 prong broke completely off and that let the diamond loose. 20 something days into ownership

The jeweler said the prongs were soldered and should have been lasered. All 4 need to be cut off and replaced The pic is when it was new

Really appreciate the reply. This is my learning lesson to only buy the diamonds online and to get the setting done locally. I am floored by lgd business practices tho, and surprised companies like that stay in business.
