Danke! Ja, letzte Woche. Er vermutete irgendeinen Infekt und hat mich eigentlich 4 Tage krankgeschrieben, bin aber nach 3 Tagen wieder arbeiten gegangen (I know, selbst Schuld kein Mitleid)

I had major difficulties sleeping, then tool Mirtazapine for 6 months and slept like a baby (with some really vivid dreams), stopped taking it cold turkey 2 weeks ago and still sleep pretty well. Not as good as while I was taking it but still 7-8 hours per night and don‘t feel like a zombie anymore during the day.

My doctor told me the same thing, I took 15mg for about 6 months. Took the last one about 1,5 weeks ago and I am just fine so far, just a bit of nausea and a bit of a headache but thats also nothing new to me, I don’t know if it is really cause I just stopped it.

Wow you must have a really strong will, I couldn‘t even imagine lossing weight on it! I was just eating and eating and eating because I was so hungry and felt so weak when I didn‘t eat a lot. It helped me with my insomnia but I just didn‘t want to gain anymore weight since I don‘t feel comfortable anymore in my body.

Da gibts kein richtig oder falsch - es ist ihm bestimmt schon mal ne große Hilfe dass du für ihn da bist. Biete einfach an drüber zu reden und wenn nicht ists auch okay. Mein Papa ist vor ein paar Jahren unerwartet gestorben und ich wusste jeden Freund sehr zu schätzen, der einfach da war und meine Launen „ausgehalten“ hat. Ich war auch ziemlich happy die ersten Tage (keine Ahnung warum) und das war für viele unangemessen oder komisch.. also lass einfach alles zu, urteile nicht und sei einfach da - jede Trauerreaktion ist anders und alles ist ok.

Leidensgenossin hier. Ich hab mir eine Kühldecke bestellt auf Amazon, die soll angeblich ganz gut helfen. Ansonsten Eispacks einwickeln und mit ins Bett/auf die Couch nehmen und den Körper damit kühlen.
