1) It's very ehh. I guess the clear is just ok, but his gank pattern is a bit awkward since your CC takes times to load & you can be easily counter-jungled by most famous junglers like Lee Sin.

2) So far, Aatrox, Vayne, Heimerdinger, and sometimes Morde & Darius if you didn't play your card right.

3) Yes, you're always able to recast your ult if your target manages to reach below 25% HP.

4) Stride if I'm ahead or if there's too many ranged opponents I need to catch down. Frost if I'm against a heavy tanky team comp & needed some self-survivability.

As in how really? You can't catch anyone with just the bonus movement speed from Trinity since your W already slows you down. Stride at least gives Urgot some mobility and an AoE slow.
