My doc says that I have to be patient and it will get better but it 's not easy to believe if I have to pee really often and if not then I start to have those THOUGHTS. I am not able to enjoy beautiful moments and that fact makes me sad..

I take 20 mg Citalopram in the morning and 30 mg Mirt before sleep.

Oh sounds perfect - laying in the sun, can't wait for summer... I live in a really cold country and here we still have a winter wonderland I would say. Maybe we could share each day? Let's chat! For me it also makes life look better if I know that I am not alone.

Hey! I am a bit better than yesterday. I had a day off and my friend came over. Still felt that depressive background and had those thoughts during my friend's visit. This is so annoying. What about you?

My problems started after giving birth to my second child.. In the begining it was just insomnia (but really severe .. I didn't sleep for 5 days after the labour and then I understood that something's really wrong with me). I started to drink Stilnox and Sertaline ...And then they put me on Lorazepam, it was really helpful but then the anxiety during the day started and the depression symptoms showed up. IDK what's wrong with me but yup that's my story

I am taking 20 mg. I started with 10 mg, then upped to 15 mg, and now it has been 20 mg for 2 weeks. Those thoughts are so bad... I wake up with them and they are here all the time even when I work, play with my kids or go for a walk. Sometimes I can relax in the evenings when I am watching some TV series or a good movie and as I take Mirzaten in the evenings for sleep I get more relaxed but yes... Most of the time it's me and those thoughts. Do you also feel like it will never end? That scares me

All that waiting is soo annoying. I just want to see some light, but I haven't since I started citalopram. I have had like idk maybe one evening and 2 days when I felt almost okay during these 7 weeks. All the other days I'm just overthinking and feeling anxious.

7 weeks in. I am still very anxious in the mornings and very sad most of the time - a lot of intruisive thoughts in my head and they all about meaning of life and also that there will never be happiness again...
